• All payments are done by monthly payments.
• Normally, the reservation for a semester overfloods during August and February. So the confirmation for reservation will be given to customers who pay the security deposit first. On a first come, first serve basis.
• If customer wants to secure a room at the hostel, 20% of the total fee must be paid in advance as security deposit.(Please state your prefered type of contract monthly or lump sum)
• The deposit money ensures that you will be staying with us, which is part of your total rent. Therefore, there are no refunds.
• If we do not receive deposit or a confirmation e-mail from customer, within the next 5days of initial reservation, it will be canceled.
• If you decide to stay more than 4months and wish to pay in a lump sum, 40,000won will be deducted from the total price.
• If you are overseas and your bank does not deal Korean Won then you may send in U.S. dollars.
• After you pay to the deposit, don't forget to confirm by e-mail. But if the sender's name IS DIFFERENT, please remember to include that name in the e-mail.
• We only accept Korean Won.
