• To receive full refund of the key deposit, customer must cancel at least by 7 days in advance of check-in day.
• If canceled 5 days before, then only 50% of key deposit will be refunded. If it is 4 days or less then, there will be no refunds
• If guest decides to leave before the end of contract, there will be no refunds. Regardless of remaining days.
